In this third week with "Boomerang" Bridge 3D modeling, I have made the lamp poles and the uvw mapping of all 3d objects done. The model is still using basic materials just to test and set the color balance and the lights. I decided not to do the train/metro rails, and increased the road lanes to 6 each way instead.
Below you can see some render tests of the artificial lighting. I'm using 3ds max photometric lights with real ies files of a led street light. I'm also using a volumetric light effect for the lights. I've tested different color temperatures for the lighting and below I leave you examples for 3500k, 4500k and 6000k.

"Boomerang" Bridge 3D Model - week 2
This is the progress made till the end of 2nd week of modeling the "Boomerang" Bridge. Added the railings, lane railing walls, cables and anchors. The model is now over 1 Million polygons.
All cables and railings are just splines, so I can control the resolution. The walls were made with loft. The cable anchors have a turbosmooth modifier allowing me to control the resolution as needed.
Next I'll be doing the lighting posts.
